They mailed one letter to approximately 20 percent of the accounts and did not touch the remainder. We have hard copy files for approximately 92% of the accounts. OFC worked the accounts internally. These accounts were previously listed at 11.5 cents and I now understand I have over-priced them so I am taking another shot at selling them at the right price. Just because I over-paid does not mean you should. I purchased these payday loans in Novemeber of 06 and have made 1 to 2 calls on all of them. I am a 1 man shop so to use the term agency is not correct but the only option that fit. I made 1 to 3 calls on all the accounts and no letters have been sent. I have no credit bureaus and no collection system so skip/tracing was minimal. I can get full media on all accounts and each account has 3 refrences,home and poe number,and banking info including routing and account number. I am asking 3.5 cents firm offer.

These accounts were aquired by me in Novemeber/06 when I purchased $ 350,000 of payday loans direct from the loan grantor. All of these vehicles are in Wisconsin ranging in age from 1992 to 2002. These accounts were worked in house by the creditor very hard. I have made an average of 2 calls on each one and no letters or settlements have been offered.
