Late last week, James Sill, the former president of Dimat, Inc., the sham corporation that bought credit card accounts from CFS, was sentenced to six-month in prison for tax evasion. Sill did testify in CFS’s former CEO Bill Bartmann’s trial in October. According to reports, when Bartmann was informed of Sill’s sentence last week, he replied, "It sounds like justice has been served."
