Why the name change from CollectionIndustry.com to insideARM.com?
For seven years, CollectionIndustry.com has served as an information and networking portal for the industry. But now, as credit and collections have evolved through extension of credit, consolidation, outsourcing, and debt sales, we felt that a name change would best capture the true spirit of the site and create a larger tent for those looking for information on the world of accounts receivable management.
In addition to an increased topic focus, we have upgraded our design to enhance our members' viewing experience. The new site features new tools and organization that will get you to the content you want to read faster.
Use the blue navigation bar near the top of the page to access the various areas of our site. If you place your cursor over News & Analysis, a menu will expand to show all of the topics and sectors we will be covering on the site.
