Ellerine Holdings Limited, one of Africa’s leading furniture retailers, has signed an expanded strategy consulting agreement with PIC Solutions to support its TRIAD™ adaptive control system.

The TRIAD system, from Fair Isaac Corporation, continues to be the global standard in account management solutions for consumer credit grantors as it provides sophisticated risk management functionality in the credit limit management, collections and marketing communications environments. By making the right decisions for every account in a portfolio, lenders are able to increase revenue, reduce losses, improve customer service and ultimately, increase portfolio profitability and drive sustainable competitive advantage.

Ellerines successfully went live with the TRIAD system this year and has achieved significant improvements in their FurnCity and Town Talk portfolios. PIC Solutions strategy consultants will provide ongoing consulting support to ensure Ellerines continues to maximise the solution’s functionalities for effective decision making.

Danie Colyn, Group Director of Credit Control at Ellerine Holdings Limited, states, “TRIAD is certainly the way forward for any organisation wanting to optimise their business strategies. Since going live, we have experienced vast improvements in our collections rates and delinquency levels. TRIAD is currently being implemented over three different phases and through this consulting contract, PIC Solutions strategy consultants will ensure that the implementation goes smoothly and that we continue to make effective marketing strategy decisions.”

Stephen Leonard, Managing Director of PIC Solutions, comments, “TRIAD is designed to optimise Ellerine’s strategic decision areas. During this assignment, our risk management consulting team will assist Ellerines to successfully use the system’s functionalities to enhance their marketing and collections strategies.”
