eClinicalWorks Partners With Transworld Systems to Streamline Self-Pay Collections for Medical Groups

Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI), the industry leader in profit recovery, and eClinicalWorks™, a leading provider of unified ambulatory clinical information systems, have entered into a partnership to offer medical providers a more efficient and streamlined collections process for slow-paying patient accounts. Under the terms of the agreement, TSI will offer its collections service, GreenFlag(SM) Profit Recovery, to eClinicalWorks customers at preferred pricing.

Practices using eClinicalWorks' practice management system will be able to view all of the collections activities and administer collections directly through TSI, which will speed up payments and lower internal costs — increasing practices' cash flow. With a few mouse-clicks, practices can identify and select delinquent patient accounts and electronically transfer those accounts to TSI to handle the collections. And, as the diplomatic alternative to traditional collection agencies, practices can maintain their positive patient relationships.
