Diversified Receivable Management, Inc., an accounts receivable management firm specializing in medical, property management, and utility accounts based in Strongsville, Ohio announced together with CR Software, Inc., the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, that it has completed installation of the CR Software Collection Resource System™.

Diversified Receivable Management, Inc. joins a growing list of former GWA users that have voluntarily chosen to upgrade to the CRS Platinum system. “There are several factors that contributed to the success of our conversion,” said Richard Holmes, President of Diversified Receivable Management, Inc. “The CRS Programming and Installation teams made the process painless.
