CR Software, Inc. (CRS), the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, announced today the release of CRS Titanium, CR Software’s best-in-class, next generation flagship product.

CRS Titanium offers adaptability to the changing landscape of the growing and scaling collections environment. It provides flexibility to clients and staff the way they need it and when they need it, as well as the adaptability and control to incorporate security, auditability and disaster recovery. The new software is built in an open-receivables environment (ORE) and features support for Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), Distributed Service Oriented Architecture, J2EE Development platform, and open standards in API development for easy enterprise-wide integration.

CRS Titanium retains the logic, historically-developed rules and user-friendly interfaces that made CRS Platinum so successful – CRS Platinum is CR Software’s fully scalable solution for mid to large-sized businesses that require comprehensive collections systems. In addition, CRS Titanium takes advantage of an open database, a distributed architecture, modern system security and open systems development standards which translate to cost savings, flexibility, and user control of the entire enterprise.

“We are very excited about the release of CRS Titanium software and its ability to access business intelligence for the collection industry,” says Edž Sturans, President of CR Software, Inc. “Titanium raises the bar by shifting the old collections environment to the new customer relationship management focus of today. With an architecture that encompasses operational, analytical and collaborative functionality, Titanium provides a true end-to-end solution for managing client and debtor relationships. It generates consistent treatment of all the customers’ accounts and tracks every step of the collection process lifecycle, thereby ensuring effective management and rapid collections. These features help customers increase their cash flow and reduce the cost of doing business.”
