Cards&Payments, SourceMedia's monthly publication covering credit cards, debit cards, electronic and mobile commerce, and other forms of electronic payment, is launching a new industry awards initiative in 2007. Called Best in Payments, the awards will recognize excellence in three categories: Best Marketing Campaign, Best New Product and Best Technology Implementation. In addition, an individual will be honored as Outstanding Payments Executive. The winners will be announced at the 19th Annual Card Forum & Expo April 22 to 24 in Boca Raton, Florida.

"The pace of change in the payments market is accelerating, and the Best in Payments awards will be an excellent way to showcase innovative thinking and industry leadership in this dynamic marketplace," says Andrew Rowe, Cards&Payments publisher.

Nominations and entries are now being accepted. The deadline for submission is January 15, 2007. For more information, please visit: http://www.cardforum.com/awardentry.html.
